Book a Free Consultation
This is a 30-minute call and there's nothing for you to prepare. Most owners come in unsure where their money is going, and that's completely normal. We'll help you identify where the money is actually leaking and how our coaching program can help. You'll leave with at least one thing you can do that week, whether or not you hire us.

Custom Plan for Your Money
Your coach will build you a custom plan that shows you what comes in, what goes out and what's left for you. From there you'll set up a simple money system that pays you a consistent paycheck, prioritizes profit, and tells you what you can spend at any given moment. No accounting degree required. Most owners are setting aside money for their paycheck within the first month.

Ongoing Accountability
You'll meet with your coach bi-weekly to review the numbers and decide what to do next as your practice changes. Hiring, raising rates, buying equipment, opening a second location. Those decisions get easier when you know what the money can support. This is the part a bookkeeper isn't there to do. They record what happened. Your coach helps you decide what happens next.
